01 · Mission Analysis & Consulting
From operational challenge to UAV system requirements.
Before any airframe is selected, we define what mission success actually looks like — and what the aircraft must do to deliver it.
We start where most UAV vendors finish: with the operational reality. Your inspection cycle, your data-quality threshold, your regulatory envelope, your remote operations infrastructure. From those constraints we derive endurance, speed, sensor payload, comms, autonomy and ground-control architecture.
Output is a written Mission Requirements Document (MRD) your engineering and procurement teams can act on. It is platform-agnostic — if a different vendor's airframe fits better, we say so.

02 · Aerodynamic Analysis & Optimization
Wind-tunnel-grade analysis. Optimization for your mission envelope.
Wing planform, control authority, propulsion integration. Optimized — not picked off a shelf.
Aerodynamic design is iterative. We run high-fidelity CFD analysis on candidate configurations, validate against wind-tunnel data where it exists, and converge on a planform that delivers your endurance and stability targets across the full mission envelope.
If the right answer is a modified existing airframe rather than a clean-sheet design, we say so. Most of our work is hybrid — taking a proven airframe and re-optimizing key surfaces for a specific mission.

03 · Testing & Certification Support
Ground tests, flight tests, EASA SORA dossier in hand.
We get your platform through Specific Category authorization. Documentation is part of the deliverable.
Testing is where most UAV programmes lose time. We bring a test campaign template proven on manned-aircraft programmes — structural ground tests, propulsion bench, comms range, full mission rehearsal — and execute it on your timeline with your data acquisition standards.
EASA SORA dossier preparation runs in parallel: ConOps, GRC, ARC, OSO checklist, ground risk mitigations, emergency procedures. By the end of the campaign, you can submit to your national CAA with confidence.

04 · Full System Integration
Airframe, propulsion, avionics, sensors, comms, autonomy, GCS.
One reliable system, with the unglamorous parts engineered to manned-aircraft standards.
Most UAV programmes assemble components from many vendors and discover compatibility surprises at flight test. We integrate the full stack ourselves — airframe, propulsion, avionics suite, payload bays, comms link, autopilot, ground control software — and deliver an aircraft that flies on day one.
Modular avionics architecture means your fleet can be upgraded without ripping out the harness. Spare parts pipeline, training material and operator handbook are all part of the handover.
