How Clearsky Aerotech handles your data.

This notice explains what we collect when you contact us or visit clearsky.ro, why we collect it, and how the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) protects you.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us or what your browser exposes for the site to work.

• Contact data you provide — name, business email, phone, and the message you submit through the contact form.
• Technical data your browser sends with every request — IP address, user agent, referring page, and standard server logs needed to operate the site and defend it against abuse.
• Locale preference and your cookie consent decision, stored in your browser only (localStorage). Never sent to us.

Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

Contact data is processed under Art. 6(1)(b) — pre-contractual steps at your request. Technical data is processed under Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in delivering and securing the site.

How long we keep it

Contact data is kept for up to 24 months after our last meaningful exchange, or longer if a contract is signed. Server logs are kept for 30 days unless a security incident extends that window.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, and you may object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian DPA (ANSPDCP). Reach out to the email above and we respond within 30 days.

Cookies & local storage

We do not use tracking cookies. The site stores your language preference and your consent choice in your browser's localStorage. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party scripts that profile you.
