It started in 2002, in an aviation-modelling club — the first hands-on experience of designing and building aircraft. That grew into five years of aerospace engineering at the National Aviation University in Kyiv, a first survey drone, and fixed-wing platforms for aerial chemical application — followed by a decade in civil aviation, the drone work never set aside.
